Uma fabricante de produtos eletrônicos da China acusa a empresa Apple de plágio, alegando que o iPad, apresentado na última semana é “idêntico” a um produto lançado por eles em agosto de 2009.

“O P88 e o iPad são idênticos”, afirmou Wu Xiaolong, presidente da Shenzhen Great Loong Brother Industrial Co., em entrevista ao jornal espanhol “El Mundo”. “Não apenas o fato de ser uma tela multitoque e o formato do aparelho, mas até mesmo a capa e o suporte são iguais”, reclama.

O caso é de certa forma inédito, pois é mais comum surgirem na China aparelhos que são cópias mais baratas de dispositivos de grandes marcas ocidentais.
